ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES FOR
NON-DWELLINGS  (COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS)

 

The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) that requires all non-dwellings (commercial buildings) to have an Energy Performance Certificate when they are constructed, sold or rented, came into force on the 01st of October 2008. This date was deferred from the 01st of April 2008.  Properties that were marketed for sale prior to the 01st of October 2008 had until the 4th January 2009 to comply with the Directive. We are able to provide EPC's for existing buildings and also at construction stage for our clients throughout the areas listed below - and further by arrangement.
